Student Dashboard Overview

The Student Dashboard provides students with tools to log their daily wellness data and view their health records.

Logging Wellness Data

Students can log their daily wellness information including sleep, study hours, exercise, and mood.

How to Log Wellness Data

  1. Log in to your student account
  2. Click on the "Log Wellness" section
  3. Enter your daily wellness data:
    • Sleep Hours: Number of hours slept last night
    • Study Hours: Number of hours spent studying today
    • Exercise Minutes: Minutes of physical activity today
    • Mood: Select your current mood from the dropdown
  4. Click "Submit" to save your wellness data

Viewing Wellness History

Students can review their past wellness entries and trends.

Accessing Your Wellness History

  1. Go to the "Wellness History" section
  2. View your wellness logs in chronological order
  3. Use the date filters to find specific periods
  4. Review trends in your wellness data

Viewing Trends

Students can see visual representations of their wellness patterns over time.

Understanding Your Wellness Trends

The Trends page shows graphs of your sleep patterns, mood changes, exercise habits, and study time. This helps identify patterns and areas for improvement.

Profile Management

Students can view and update their profile information.

Updating Your Profile

  1. Go to the "Profile" section
  2. View your demographic information
  3. Contact your institution's administrator if you need to update your information

Security and Privacy

JagWell takes security and privacy seriously. Your wellness data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel.

Security Features

  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
  • Data is transmitted over secure connections
  • Only authorized personnel can access your information
  • Data is stored locally in the institution's database
