Doctor Dashboard Overview

The Doctor Dashboard provides healthcare professionals with tools to manage patients, log wellness records, and track treatments.

Patient Management

Doctors can manage patient records, including demographic information and medical history.

Adding a New Patient

  1. Click on the "Logging" tab in the top navigation
  2. Click on the "New Patient" tab in the form area
  3. Fill in the patient information including name, contact details, and demographics
  4. Enter the school-generated Student ID if applicable
  5. Click "Register Patient"

Viewing and Searching Patients

Go to the "Patients" page to view all patients, search by name or ID, and sort by different criteria.

Managing Patient Records

On the Patients page, you can search, sort, and filter patient records. Click on a patient to view their wellness history.

Wellness Record Logging

Doctors can log wellness records with both student-reported and doctor-added information.

Logging a New Wellness Record

  1. Go to the "Logging" page from the top navigation
  2. Click on the "Wellness Record" tab
  3. Select the patient from the dropdown
  4. Enter the date and time (defaults to current time)
  5. Fill in the physical measurements (heart rate, temperature, pulse, etc.)
  6. Enter any student-reported data if available
  7. Document doctor notes including complaints, follow-up dates, and referrals
  8. Click "Log Wellness Record"

Viewing Patient Wellness History

On the Patients page, click on a patient to view their complete wellness history and trends.

Treatment Management

Doctors can add new treatments and apply them to specific wellness records.

Adding a New Treatment

  1. Go to the "Logging" page from the top navigation
  2. Click on the "Treatment" tab
  3. Enter the treatment description and category
  4. Click "Add Treatment"

Applying a Treatment to a Record

  1. Go to the "Logging" page from the top navigation
  2. Click on the "Record Treatment" tab
  3. Select the wellness record from the dropdown (shows patient, date, and complaint)
  4. Select the treatment from the dropdown
  5. Add specific details about the treatment application
  6. Set start and end dates if applicable
  7. Click "Apply Treatment"

Statistics and Trends

Access anonymized wellness trends and statistics on the "Stats" page.

Viewing Wellness Trends

On the Stats page, view trends in common complaints, mood patterns, sleep patterns, and other wellness metrics across all patients.
